STATE PRIZE 1990
In 1990, for the first time the objects selected for the Bavarian State Prize for Young Designers were exhibited in two locations – from April 27 through May 27 at Germanisches Nationalmuseum in Nuremberg and from June 8 through July 1 at Deutsches Museum in Munich.
This year, a total of 34 final works were submitted from15 universities in the industrial design category. In the applied crafts category, the jury selected eleven works from a total of 108 submissions, based on photos on the occasion of the Bayerischer Handwerkstag.
